Delivery information

Our standard delivery charge for orders is £3.95 per item. 2-3 day delivery.

Your Order

Any orders we receive before 2pm GMT, Monday to Friday, we will aim to ship out to you on the same day. Any received after this time we will endeavour to ship out the next working day (Monday – Friday).
As soon as your order is on its way to you, a confirmation email will be sent with delivery information.

UK Deliveries

All UK delivery options are delivered on a tracked service. Once we know the tracking number this will be sent to you via email so you can keep an eye on your order from dispatch to delivery.

Standard returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return an item for a full refund of purchase within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us before sending a return.

Returns must be sent in the original packaging. Goods are required to be in the original saleable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we will charge you a reasonable sum for the reduction in value the goods have incurred.

Damaged delivery

If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. If the damage is not visible until you open your parcel, please notify us within 48 hours. Please check all contents of your order on receipt of goods. We are unable to accept returns of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you may return this item to us, in the original packaging, in accordance to your statutory rights. All items will be inspected and if deemed faulty we will replace or refund accordingly. Please see below information regarding your return.
